Who is THE Sassy Tax Advisor?
Stephanie Fletcher CPA
My name is Stephanie Fletcher. I live in the beautiful town of Ozark, MO with my husband, John. We have six amazing children – mostly moved out, two still at home - and one beautiful grandson with another on the way! I am a member of Crossway Baptist Church in Springfield and love volunteering in various ways to serve others and God. I value my faith and my family above all else. These values determine how I live and run my business. I love showing my kids that you can use any skills - even those as an accountant! - to serve the Lord.
As for professional qualifications: I've had my CPA license since 2007, I graduated from Missouri State University with a Masters in Business Administration/Finance in 2005 and graduated from College of the Ozarks with a Bachelors in Accounting in 2004. I've held various corporate finance roles throughout my career, but taxes have always been my passion. Since working for a small CPA firm in Branson while I was in college, I've wanted to have my own small tax firm. I've been blessed to have my business since 2017 and have the most amazing staff...and now, clients all over the world!
People always to ask where the name "Sassy Tax Advisor" came from. You can thank my husband for that, it was his idea! He seemed to think it was fitting...
Don't worry, though, I'm only SASSY when I need to be!

Tax Preparer, Bookkeeper, Steph's Boss!
LaQuitta lives in Marshfield and is the most versatile person in our office - she does it all! Tax, bookkeeping, trying to keep up with Stephanie...she's definitely a dependable and amazing person!
Rebecca Murphy
Office Admin & Chaos Coordinator
Rebecca manages the front desk and tries to keep us all organized. She lives in Ozark and has an amazing little boy who shows up to spread joy at the office from time to time.
Belinda Cole
Bookkeeper
Belinda lives in Sparta with her husband Randy. She has some pretty spoiled grandkids, too! She does the majority of our bookkeeping and has been a part of our team for the longest!
Heidi Quezada
Seasonal Tax Preparer
Heidi is on her second tax season with us. She has a full-time position working as an accountant for a world missions organization, but enjoys doing taxes and we're lucky to have her help during the busy season!
Shannon Eby
Tax Preparer
Shannon lives with her husband in Chadwick. Both of them are retired Marines and she thought it would be FUN to work in a tax office after being with the military! We love that she has joined us and are excited to be working with her.

Being a family business, these two get roped into just about anything from cleaning and filing to answering phones on busy weeknights or weekends. Surprisingly...neither of them want to be accountants! :)

Hannah is an accounting student from Laos who is joining our office in 2026. She will be attending Missouri State University to finish her degree next year and is excited about learning TAX!
